Agave americana

i am at Ellen's house at the moment I did her front yard last year which centered around these two big agaves that she had already planted. Crazy enough they are having babies! What to do? If each baby gets as big as the parent then this yard will be one big tequilla farm! Maybe I should suggest that as a side venture for her.....
